A Nice Facility that Saved a Long Drive
The staff were very nice and helpful, the facility was clean and attractive. The bed, though a little firmer than what I am accustomed to, was comfortable. We stayed related to an appointment at the cancer center, located about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. We would definitely consider staying there again next month when we have another appointment scheduled.

Was a great stay! I travel for work and am in Michigan currently. I met my family in Traverse City (really cool place). The hotel is a good location with great staff. Good place to stay while visiting.

Our hotel choices are limited when we travel with our small dog, so I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised by this cute and clean hotel. A note of caution: The seperate loft is a cool idea, but the stairs to get to it are steep and narrow: wasn't expecting to hurt my knee just to get to bed, but that is what happened. Really appreciated that every employee i saw was masked, and that breakfast was prepared for grab and go. Meticulous attention to cleanliness in lobby during breakfast.

Mask Up Housekeeping
While our room looked clean, none of the housekeeping staff were wearing masks on the Sunday we were there. Thankfully, upon arrival on Saturday, I thought to open the window to air out the room. The housekeeping staff needs to be required to wear masks, covering their nose and mouth, while cleaning the guest rooms.

Wonderful indoor pool!
We stayed here while checking out real estate in Traverse City. Great location, close to everything. The Reflect Bistro is next door, very convenient for takeout. Food was a little pricey but very good. There is a free continental breakfast, but selection is limited due to COVID. No hot food, but that didn’t bother me as I am not a big breakfast eater. I had juice, muffins, bagels and granola bars. Everything that didn’t come prepackaged was wrapped up in plastic wrap. I was overjoyed to find a nice indoor pool that was open! The last hotel I stayed at had their pool closed. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. No children under 14 without an adult. It went from 3’ to 11’ deep. I haven’t seen a hotel pool that deep in a long time. I had the pool to myself for four nights in a row, it was a real treat. Kiddie size noodles, foam kick boards and beach balls were provided. My only complaint was I thought the room was a little small, we had a queen size bed. I’m used to a King, but we got a good rate through Hotels.com. Many places were full when I booked, so I was happy to get this room. It was updated and modern. My husband thought the bed was too soft but I liked it. The bathroom had a shower with a glass wall that only covered half the opening. I thought that was odd and wondered why a sliding door wasn’t used. I didn’t mind it though, I liked it better than a shower curtain. Room was clean. No daily housekeeping due to COVID but we did towel exchanges every day.
