Down in the Ghetto
When we walked into our room, it smelled as if a smokers convention took place in there. Everything looked worn out or run down. Scratches everywhere, paint chipping, barely enough room for one person in the bathtub. Food was ok. Bagels were hard as rocks. Advice I took from someone else...buy your own from walmart and take them down to breakfast area. One night i was doing laundry and needed to use bathroom. I was on first floor so i decided to use guest bathroom near front desk. One of the staff was in there peeing and didnt bother to lock the door. He came out and gave me the dirty look as if I was in the wrong. Later on he must've saw on cameras that I was waiting for laundry to get done on 2nd as I was sitting in hallway. He came up and started grilling me on my where I was staying and stuff. Talk about profiling. Anyway, a lot is left to be said about this dump. If you're looking for quality, stay somewhere farther away and pay a little extra. It's worth it.

The room was dirty and had strands of hair all over the room. I slept on top of the covers because the hair was on/in the bed.

Didn’t receive room I order, told me it was booked already. Didn’t plan on helping me at all. He sure helped the other family after me tho, could be a race thing. Wouldn’t recommend this place, rather just stay around the hotels next to it.

Great guy behind the desk. He helped us get around Lakland with some good instructions. Good location, but hotel in VERY tired. It badly needs refurbishing.

Will not stay again on return trip!
Mold in bathroom, window had plaster missing around windows. Maid staff did not clean room very good at all during 4 night stay. Underside of toilet seat had previous patrons poo splatter on it. As far as front desk staff very friendly during stay. Breakfast consisted of nasty eggs probably instant and sausage was totally disgusting. Needless to say I will not be back when i return to San Antonio in November

Room was great, very friendly the only bad thing was that GPS is not updated and kept sending me up the expressway and telling me I had arrived when I was in top of expressway. The front desk did let us know they had made the exit a private exit but had not been updated. We literally went around the hotel 4 time.
