    About this home

    The Puig Nou house and pool are located on a hill, located in the middle of the Sant Llorenç des Cardassar valley, in Mallorca. It has spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the nearby towns. The house is in the middle of nature, surrounded by gardens.

    With modern and comfortable interior spaces, the house blends into the landscape, and has been built with traditional Majorcan materials, such as marés stone, the stone façade or ceramic tiles.

    Between the terrace and the gardens is the overflowing saltwater pool, and lying in a hammock or taking a bath in the pool you can enjoy stunning views. On the terrace there is a porch with a table, armchairs and a barbecue, where you can enjoy the sunset while dining outdoors, with the valley in the background.

    In contact with the porch, the house has a large modern, spacious and cozy living - dining room. The large window on the entire south wall of the room provides great luminosity and the feeling of being in the middle of nature. It is equipped with a fireplace, satellite television and a stereo. Next to it is the kitchen, also open to the porch and with views to the outside. It is spacious and cozy, equipped with all kinds of appliances, with a pantry and an ideal table to have breakfast while preparing a coffee or toast.

    On this same level there is a very bright full bathroom and a built-in closet where you can leave your suitcases and coats. Going down a wide staircase we reach the bedroom area, separated from the living area. There are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes facing south, from which you can also go out to the garden. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with a bathtub and a bidet, as well as a small laundry room.

    The house is fully equipped, with heating in all rooms and a fireplace in the living room - dining room. It has Wi-fi coverage to connect to the internet. The electrical energy comes from photovoltaic panels and a wind turbine, as well as a generator set that guarantees supply at all times. The water comes from a well located on the farm itself.

    The farm is surrounded by areas of little traveled paths, ideal for walking or jogging. Through these roads you can reach the town of Sant Llorenç. Also from the southern end of the village you can take the greenway, which crosses the old railway route that connects Manacor with Arta, passing through the towns of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Son Carrió and Son Servera.
