Great hotel just outside of the old town
This is a wonderful modern hotel in a wonderful location - just a 5 minute walk to the old town. The rooms were spacious and clean and they provided an excellent breakfast. There is no parking included, however there are a couple of spots outside the hotel to pick up/ drop off luggage and reception pointed us to a nearby paid parking lot. Staff were very friendly and helpful

A gem close to the old town
A lovely short break in a hotel close to the old town and marina. Good plentiful breakfast, well stocked bar. Friendly and attentive staff who were aware that it was our anniversary and made us a card and cheese cake. Special thanks to Eleana in the bar for her service and conversation.

We had a great stay in Chania at this hotel! The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful in recommending things to do. The staff in the restaurant and bar were also super nice. They had a really nice large buffet breakfast every morning for us. And we got a welcome drink from the bar. The hotel is really clean. And it’s in walking distance to the old town of Chania and the Old Venetian Port with lots of shops and restaurants. Also I’m walking distance to a beach. We took the public bus to Falasarna Beach which was gorgeous! And we did the day trip to Elafonisi beach which was also gorgeous but a bit over crowded. The room was a bit small but has everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time in there anyway. Would definitely stay here again! Great hotel in a great location!

Great location, small but nice rooms
PROs - Very convenient location, just across entrance to the old city and 3 minutes to the bus station. Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and in good condition. Breakfast is excellent. CONs - Rooms are very small, no drawers or shelves, almost no place to put your stuff. Sink is outside of toilet & shower but it is tiny with practically no place to put your toothbrush, etc. mattress is too soft

Morum City Hotel is very well located, being at a walking distance from the old Venetian Harbor and several stores. Very clean, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. Bar and breakfast also great. When I come back again, this will be my hotel of choice.

Makes you feel like home
we stayed there for a week and location was the main reason we chose the hotel. We absolutely had a great time, the staff was very polite and helpful and anyone form reception to bar/ food made you feel very welcome. We didn't have parking with our room but it was not hard to find parking at the surrounding streets. Breakfast was good and great variety every day. Location very convenient, only few minute walk from the old town.
