Problems
Pool was green and not clean, elevator door stuck, no remote for tv, going to beach was a problem, you had to jump off the ramp to the sand and coming back up was a problem.

Last day of our vacation, headed home
Nice room with a great view and good price. Good for a night stay. Pool was closed,ice machine was broken, no air conditioning available for the elevator and was uncomfortable. Next door was Sharky's restaurant with wonderful eats and drinks. Registration is 2 doors over at another resort,parking is generally all taken by restaurant customers parking is across the street.

NEVER STAY HERE
This was a terrible stay. Both of the rooms did not have towels, cloths to bathe, toilet paper. The mattresses was hard as a brick. One of the rooms did not have hot water and the staff had been aware for several days but did not let us know. Also it took 5 hours to be able to enter one the rooms. The staff was very rude and we was told not their job or problem

Nice but Lack of Parking Space
The desk clerks who checked us in and out were awesome! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The ocean view WS fabulous! The place needs some MAJOR renovations to the bathroom…especially the bathtub. We would stay here again, but the parking was horrendous. ALL Sharky’s customers took up ALL the parking space. Good grief! It made unloading our luggage a major pain. For that reason alone, we won’t be back.☹️
