Room is very dated and needs a facelift. the room is at end of hallway, people stand just outside the door area and you can smell the cig smoke in the room.

Disappointing
The TV was not only time, but quite old. The jetted tub was fine, but the pillows were extremely soft... Like cloth bags filled half full with loose cotton balls. Neither my wife or I experienced a restful evening any of the three nights we were there. There were no luggage carts, and the walls of the room we're super thin to the point where we could hear full conversations going on in adjacent rooms.

The room was clean and pretty good for the budget I had. Everything worked as it should. Hotel was in a good location, close to all the good stuff. Only complaint would be the breakfast food, only served water and fruit cup. No fresh fruit or juice or milk. Now I do know some was safety because of the election infection going on but still.

Hotel located on a very busy street. I waited over 10 minutes before vehicles in both lanes stopped simply to let me turn into parking lot. Finding the hotel after the hours of darkness was difficult as their hotel sign was out.

This is an excellent hotel for the price. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel this isn't for you. The staff is friendly and the room was clean. Don't believe the critics.
