We have to switch the room 3x Musty smell/broken bed/bugs all over the bed Every single day we have to call for new towels or soap or water etc But we love the hard always smiling with a great attitude workers ! After all we will not return here

The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. They go out of their way to help and make your experience fun at the hotel. There was always activities going which varied from ping pong, Bingo, water aerobics, bike ride into the town, Zumba and much more! The food was excellent as well! There was a lot different variety and restaurants to choose from.

While the property itself was nice, I was extremely disappointed in a guest policy I was not made aware of. I had friends staying in a nearby resort and thought they would be able to visit me / hang out for the day, but they were denied entry to the Sapphire. Because of this, I checked out after one night, despite being booked for three nights, and moved to my friends more accommodating resort. I was denied a refund or credit for the two days I didn’t stay at a Sapphire, so I was obviously not happy. The policy of no guests needs to be posted and/or made aware, prior to reservations!
