Room was filthy
I purchased the room online (obviously) and I paid the extra $22 to upgrade the room from the two queen sized beds to the suite with one king sized bed. When I tried to enter my room, the keys did not work (which was believed to be a malfunction on the actual door lock, not the keys), so I was moved from the upgraded room with a king sized bed back to the double queen bed room at the same cost as the upgraded room. After getting settled into my room, I noticed the bathroom was absolutely filthy. The towels had been restocked and the beds were made, so it wasn’t a room that just hadn’t been cleaned after the previous customers checked out. There were numerous black hairs (looked like from a beard trimmer) on all of the large folded bath towels and the toilet was covered in dried urine. I also found numerous black hairs stuck to the side of the shower/bath tub walls and shower curtain. I have stayed in this hotel a few times before and none of the previous stays were this bad.

Our room was nice - roomy and comfortable. Hotel was easy to access - nice and quiet and the front desk workers were friendly and kind. We could easily control the heat in the room and I appreciated the generous vanity space.

Outdated but tidy
Hotel was very dated and had ok rooms. It was pet friendly which was good but I couldn’t find any pet area. Fitness room was minimal, ran out of water and cups but the tread mill was awesome.

A very pleasant stay
The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Very nice variety of available hot beverages in the coffee area. In addition to the usual coffee amenities, there were 4 different kinds of tea to choose from. The toiletries provided were also very nice. I wish the refrigerator had a freezer area. There was no microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. Elevator access to upper floors. Beautiful lobby area. I would gladly stay here again.
