The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to restaurants and the Aronoff Center, which was handy for us. I did feel the breakfast was subpar for the $paid for the accommodation.

Great spot, super nice hotel.
Nice hotel in great condition, great location, friendly helpful staff…we’ll be back. Many Restaurants within a few blocks; also only couple blocks away from Aronoff Performing Arts Center. Two criticisms: 1) very minor: our room key did not work to access the pool; we noticed that some other guests had the same issue but some did not. Had to go upstairs to front desk & get clerk to let us in. 2) Troubling: very strong odor from cleaning chemicals in room. Propped the door open for a few hours to air out.

Overall a great spot and super friendly
The staff is amazing. Location is amazing. Everyone we talked to were incredibly friendly. Only two complaints: parking on site is valet only, $36/night or $10 short term. We found a garage two blocks away for $5/day. Also in the middle of downtown, so tall buildings, super noisy at night. Even with sound machines loud, I woke up every night to cars and motorcycles revving engines and sirens echoing between all the tall buildings. If you’re used to city noise, probably no problem. If not, just be aware.

We requested maid service for one of our days and nevertheless received it. Also note, shower was very sloppy. Not sure if it’s from cleaning products or material, Otherwise good place to stay. Close to many things.

Amazing, best hotel in the city. I've lived here for 30 years my while life and stayed in 5 of the hotels downtown. This one takes the cake. Period.
