Location is very good at city centre. Good that the room has a microwave oven, a small fridge and water boiler with coffee and tea bags. The bus stop at the nearby market square has many buses for transportation around Turku. The negative sides for this hotel are: 1) the bathroom has a bad design with many "defects" like a wash basin that drips water on the floor due to a misplaced faucet, no toilet paper holder, not enough hooks for towels, and water everywhere after a shower. 2) the triangel shape table in the living room is not practical. 3) no drawers or cupboard to put away things.

Room was spacious and felt clean but too Spartan for the size. The bed was two singles pushed together but was actually comfortable, although there were no end tables and a weird shelf which prevents anyone average hight from sitting up in bed to read. The bathroom setup was not well thought out. When we arrived there were people sitting on the floor in the very small code-secured space before the elevator which felt a little sketchy, and even more so when they were still there half an hour later. I would not stay there again.

The toilet construction needs improvement. Toilet roll is far away from toilet seat. Showering will splash waters nearly everywhere. The blankets are dirty with brown patches on most of them. Location is perfect in the middle of the city. Basic amenities are ok, no more no less.

It was conveniently located and easy to find and access our room. It was clean and had enough space for a family of four. Our only issue was that we booked for 4 and only had 2 duvets. We used the phone in the lobby to contact customer service. They gave us access to the housekeeping closet so we could get two additional duvets, but there were only duvet covers. I took 4 covers so we could layer to keep warm since my kids were sleeping without blankets.

Nice and spatious room. The room located on the top floor was quiet, in spite of it central location in Turku. Minor critique: Some ventilation was constantly running and could not be switched off. Only one of the two windows could be opened, and also this one only tilted for 15 cm. A bit more serious critique: The electrical heater for preparing tea or coffee (using the tea bags or coffee powder nicely provided) did not work and likely is permantly broken.
