An absolutely rude and unprofessional receptionist. She talked down to everyone checking in and because of her, we will not be utilizing this hotel in the future. She needs some serious professional training in Customer Service or find a new vocation!!!

Very nice property. Very friendly staff and also very professional. My room was wonderful!
Came for an event held at a local convention center. Rooms were large and comfortable. In the bathroom however the tub finishing was peeling and the toilet seat was chipped. While there was an advertised grab and go breakfast all there was were two different kinds of cereals and coffee offered. No other options offered. With covid other places offered much more than that. Maybe after covid things will be better but for now I am going to stay somewhere else during local competitions.
This hotel was great. I was there one night, with Puppy who stayed free. My room was large, clean and in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly and I had a timely hotel shuttle ride to the airport
Clean and well maintained
Room was nice, but hallways and lobby smelled like sewer covered up with air refreshener...would stay again bc of the price and location near airport. Luckily the room did not smell or we would have had to leave.
The lobby had a strange smell. Other than that, it meet all my needs.

It was very cozy, very modern and the rooms were nice. Unfortunately our key card reader for the door wasn’t working so it took a couple tries to get in and the pool/hot tub was closed but I’m glad the hotel was taking precautions for COVID. Breakfast was smaller due to COVID as well and the coffee was delicious. We had a great time :)
