I always stay here
The toulet leaked n they charged us more tgen what the price was on hotels.com tge libby was sketchy but the room was really nice had a fireplace a beautiful bathroom 2 the toom was beautiful and very comfy and clean safe location theres has stations and food around n 5 miles from times Square and free safe parking i always stay here n the staff was nice i checked in at 1am no issues

Disgusted and disappointed
Our room had roaches in it. When I informed the front desk they said that they would send someone to spray. This was at 2:00am. I informed them that I was leaving with my 15 year old daughter. And the nan says I’m sorry were full I can’t give you another room. I didn’t want another room I expect a full refund and hope and pray we did not get roaches in our things we brought home. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this experience.

Not too Bad
Reading the reviews I was a little leery about staying here. When we first arrived the room that was given to us was not cleaned (looked as though the maids started cleaning, but never finished). There was trash on the floor, on the bed, & a big black trash bag full of trash sitting in the room. The bed was un-made & the fire place was still on. When I mentioned it to the front desk the man apologized & gave us a new room. We had no issues up until we left & our key quit working (i was able to get a new one). There is some room for improvement for sure, but (overall) the stay was great, & staff was friendly!
