We were on a family trip visiting Australia for the first time (5 night stay in Nov 2022). Very helpful customer service team, esp. those at the Reception. The team answered our pre-arrival questions promptly and the good support extended through the entire stay. The location is around 10 minute stroll to Light rail and train stations. We did not need to rent a car. If you forget to pack anything, Coles at World Square is a large supermarket just 5 min walk away in a nice shopping mall. Our "queen queen studio" has a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, two stovetop burners, utensils for dining, plates, glasses, two kitchen knives, a cutting board, kitchen towel).
