The location was awesome! Few steps from the main attractions like the moulin rouge or the amelie sftuff! The hotel was clean ans spacious enough

Don't go there!
The hotel was terrible! It is located in the middle of the red light district. The streets are full with prostitutes, sex shops and drug addicts. The hotel doen't offer daily housekeeping, which isnt obvious from the way they describe themselves... The rooms are old and neglected and the staff is rude. When we were there Paris had a heat wave and the hotel doesn't have aircondition.
