BUGS AND RATS
Absolutely horrible place, besides the varmat infestation, my daughter was eaten by bed bugs. When we asked the extremely rude and un hygenic lady at front desk for a new room. She laughed and stated we were already in one of the rooms they save for health inspector and that we couldnt get a refund. My wife begged for money back so we could get another room safe enough for our daughter to stay in. "ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!" We were told

Accommodations were okay... could have been a little cleaner (gum and candy wrappers on floor underneath pull out sofa sleeper). Kitchen could have been better stocked (no frying pan to fry or scramble eggs). Most frustrating issue was the HVAC system... even with the heating system off, we were hot; We were on the fourth floor/top and I think we were getting heat from other units through our vents! Staff was informative and friendly.

At first you look at outside and your think it’s okay. But as you get into your room it was spacious, clean and all around good for our family. The customer service was friendly and welcoming which helped a ton!

Nice place to stay!
This was a nice place to stay for the money... it has an indoor pool, sauna room, and workout room. We had a view of a pretty little church but maybe didn’t like that it’s bells tolled quite often! The staff was friendly and responded to requests quickly.

Nice friendly front-desk staff. Was able to check-in early. Provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a dispensary. Really liked that it was 5 minutes walking distance to the Reno Arch!
