Beautiful Historic Property with Limited AC option
This is a wonderful historic and well managed property. The managers and staff were exceedingly friendly. Nice breakfast, a happy hour, and even cookies and milk. We would recommend this property to anyone. EXCEPT BE WARNED: Air conditioning options are limited. Our room was very hot, but because the air outside was cold we were unable to turn our AC on. The windows in the room could not open. My girlfriend and I were toasty all night long as a result. The manager did give us a discounted rate after we brought it up and apologized that they were helpless. All this said, I would stay here again.

Great historic building turned into a hotel. Walking distance to downtown and Okd Salem. Good restaurants near by. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quaint, staff at the front desk could have been friendlier. Did not acknowledge our arrival right away. And as we came and went they really didn’t bother to make eye contact. Overall a good stay, would recommend it.

It was really perfect. Two things need to be there : 1. Laundry Room. 2. Fix machines in the Gym.
