Basic rooms, convenient location next to train st.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station in Leuven (if being to the train station is important for your trip), but despite it's "Centrum" name is a good 20' minute walk away from the center of Leuven. The staff of the hotel is pleasant and service was excellent. The hotel seems to be in a rather industrial area with views of the Stella Artois Brewery and of another industrial side on the other side. For the price and the Novotel name, I honestly expected a bit more from the rooms in this Novotel Centrum hotel.

It was an okay trip, nothing special or notable. The staff at the front desk didn’t particularly seem as though they wanted to be there. Checkout was pretty much done without a word spoken.
