    Not too great

Thebroom seemed clean enough at first glance, but found condrom wrappers and syringes under mattess and behind fridge.

    Needs Work

It was less than appealing. The beds were poorly made (kinda thrown together). The bathroom was somewhat shoddy. All of the ceramic tile grout was stained grey and needed cleaning (I actually informed them how to do it). It could be a fine place if a little bit of care was taken to make it presentable.

This place has a decent rate, but when compared to parking, this place is the best. Gated and safe. Staff are epic and the rest is manageable. Such a great safe clean stay. 4STAR... only cuz I used to be rich.

    Clean yourself and very cold

Husband said tub was filthy, big pee stain down toilet when he was in bath, big black ring and pubic hair he had to clean before he used, at 4 pm check in. At 9 pm no hot water and no heat, froze through the night. Tried to talk to front desk but did not help or comp. I had no shower because of no hot water.

The room had a mouse in it. I complained to management and received no support or offer to move to a different room. The room was out of toilet paper. I had to ask twice before someone responded. The mouse was still in my room the last day of my stay.

Avoid, definitely not worth the cheaper rate

I needed a place to crash just for a few hours overnight, as I had to catch the ferry in the early morning. I chose this room since it was the least expensive. If I had known it would be this bad, I definitely would have chosen something else. The entire hotel is really gross, and looks like the kind of place you would find bed bugs, roaches, etc. First room had cockroaches, second room I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. I would have gone elsewhere, but I didn’t want to lose my money, and it was only a few hours. I would not recommend this to anyone.

    Not clean

The room was dirty with hair on both beds so we did not end up staying there. The guy at the reception said this was standard for this hotel... At least we were able to get a reimbursement to go somewhere else. Just pay a couple more bucks and get a better place!
