Such a pretty hotel with the decor being so colorful and so fitting for Florence. The bed was very comfortable, and our room was very quiet at night and during the day a nice surprise - sunny! The staff were all very welcoming and pleasant to chat with especially those in the breakfast room. Great hot and cold choices to start the day with - plus fresh fruit & pastries.
