Lady working the desk when we checked in (I wish I would have gotten her name) was very nice! The lady at check out was very rude and unconcerned when I told her the air was not working in our room. The hotel was nice and would have gotten a much better eating if it wasn't for the air going out and them not offering anything to us. With it being 85-90degress and no air it was very uncomfortable!!!

Very clean, but the furniture in the room was sub par. The wing back chair was quite old and offered little support. Many pillows, one was lumpy, others new. Faucet in bathroom sink barely reaches over the edge. Overall, though, the hotel was comfortable. These cosmetic pieces did not detract from our stay.

Booked a room with a spa tub. When we arrived we were given a lesser room than we paid for and had to pay an additional 50 dollars to get the room that we booked.

Check in couldn’t have been faster. The room was clean and the beds were perfect. There are several restaurants with in a short walk (less than 100 yards) Overall a great place to stay!!!
