No Cleaning Service
My stay was for 5 days and upon arrival I was told that we would receive Maid and Cleaning service on either the 3rd or 4th day of stay. Neither occurred. I ask the maid on my floor for clean linen and she said she did not have enough and sent me to the front desk. The front desk agent made a call to the maid, however at 12:00 midnight that night, we still did not have clean linen. We had to go look for toilet paper and we had trash piled up in our room. When I spoke with the person who stated she was the Manager, she then stated they now only clean rooms for stays longer than 5 days. No type of compensation was provided. The Hotel is good but the service is poor so I will not stay here in the future.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were good the breakfast was really nice as well. The workers were very kind. Only negative had to pay to park. And was there a pool?
