Fantastic location, quiet, and clean, & in Chelsea
Tucked into Chelsea in the flower district and close to the subway, this hotel was the perfect location for us, as my husband is an art lover. So fun to see all of the flowers every morning, as we walked to the Flatiron building, High Line and multiple art galleries, and took the subway to the Whitney, and to the Museum of Modern Art, as well as to the financial district. Madison Square Garden is close by, and the hotel is only a mile from Times Square, and in a totally walkable area near the Fashion institute. At 44 floors,this is a large hotel that attracts guests from around the world, as well as school groups. Staff were considerate and helpful. Breakfast had multiple items with nondairy options, which we appreciated. But the breakfast area gets very crowded. Rooms are small, but efficient and the bathrooms have limited space. Views amazing! We missed a housekeeping session, but otherwise the stay was perfect. There is a market close by, and a Walgreens, and while we did not eat a meal in the area, there appeared to be many viable options, mostly upscale. Checking in and out was super easy. We needed to leave our luggage with the front desk staff and they were very accommodating. there are maps in the lobby and taxis were easily accessible too. Everyone was friendly and the hotel is very clean and surprisingly quiet, even though our room was next to the elevator. The wine and snack options were a bit limited in the lobby. There was a fridge and a microwave in our room.

Overall it was a good stay at this hotel. Room was small but clean. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. There was 24 hour coffee and hot water at the lobby. Breakfast was decent. The only issue of this hotel was the elevator (as stated in other comments). It sometimes took a long time to wait.

Good location where you could either walk to attractions or get the subway at the end of the street. Friendly staff. Liked the breakfast and that it had gluten free options. Modern rooms and it was quiet on a night. Sometimes a wait for the elevators down on a morning depending on when you timed it. Enjoyed our stay and would return.
