REALLY NICE!!!
Just a beautiful property! Like a trip to Hawaii!! The room is nice and it was good to see security onsite! They need to improve the check in execution. We know there are labor problems but it would be comforting to be assigned a room, even if not ready. PLEASE put liners in the trash cans in room. It's not fair to housekeeping to make them clean the disgusting guest trash cans

A/C did not work, it was hotter that you know what. Furthermore, I have never seen so many bugs in a hotel room. Centipedes and cockroaches running around all night. It was insane!! I recommended staying somewhere else in hotel circle. This hotel has not seen an update in a longtime. Overpriced and just gross.

Quick trip to retrieve my son from college
So the area was very convenient. Hotel was clean for its age. Front desk staff not very enthusiastic but efficient, I guess. Waiter at the cafe was excellent. My room was ground floor towards the back. I would recommend getting an upper level room. 2 reasons. I was in the mix of a work crew. They spent the late afternoon/early evening with their doors open. Walking around each others rooms, hanging out in the parking lot, smoking and sitting on their tailgates. Lots of talking and foot traffic by my window. Thankfully, they turned in by 10 and things quieted down. The last morning I was there, a gentleman with either mental instability’s or under the influence, wandered around the parking lot in an angry aggressive rage and yelling obscenities. Tried to get into a unit 2 doors down, pounding on the door and yelling to be let in. This went on for over an hour. Front desk stated they were aware and police had been notified. I was never aware of staff or authorities ever intervening. It was my checkout day, so during a time of calm, I beelined to my car and drove to office, checked out a little earlier then I wanted and holed up in a coffee shop. Would I return? Maybe, maybe not.

We loved the location and all of the trees around the property. The pool looked really nice. The beds weren’t very comfortable. But the location was great, plus they have a restaurant on the property!
