One night in Hershey
We really only spent one night. The mattress was a little hard so I did not really sleep too well. Due to covid there was no breakfast served. Check in was quick and efficient, they had most of our paperwork was ready to go when we arrived. The room was very neat and clean

Unhappy with the service during Covid. Our room had to be changed 3 times. The first room was not serviced and the bed was unmade with food still on the desk. The second room had finger prints all over the surfaces as well as dried food and the toilet had black stains. The third room was better, however we did find clothing in the nightstand. Overall, not happy with the service and will not be returning.

The property was nice close to the park and restaurants. The only thing I was upset about was the pool wasn’t open. I understand why it wasn’t but when I booked it the site never said anything about the pool being closed.
