We did not stay. The room we were shown was not what we expected as seen on the web site..As soon as the door was opened, the odor of damp or mildew was evident. The floor was wet from being mopped with disinfectant that chocked us..It was dark, bedding wasn't what was pictured, the vinyl on the sofa was worn off in areas throughout the seating area...we were not able to stay and had to find another motel...

You get what you pay for.
The check in process - I was met by a not so pleasant man. He checked me in and gave me my room key. The lobby was humid and felt like the A/C was broken. The Room - it was not in the best condition. The room was very humid and the A/C was running. I turned the A/C down to the lowest setting just to remove the muggy feeling and get the temperature to go down; which did the trick. The place was a basic hotel room. Nothing impressive. The place wasn't "dirty" but it sure felt dirty. The bed was fine. The cleaning folks could do a better job with the room. The walls appeared to have dirt on them and the sink area was the same way. I didn't want to take a shower either, yuck. Put it this way, if my wife was there, we would not have stayed there.

I was shocked that there was no heating in the room. It was cold that day because of the cold wave. It was unbearably cold. Also, the elevator door didn't open and I was trapped. This was the first time in my life.

Fantastic stay
The front desk clerks were amazing and took good care of my sister. She left her something behind in the room and called the next day. They had it ready for me to pick up. Great, clean safe hotel…lovely staff!
