Not worth the money.
Stay was ok. Hotel rooms are dated especially the bathroom. Not much water pressure. My room came with snacks in the room that were all out of date. Was a process getting the snacks replaced with in date snacks. Will not stay this hotel again due to the thin floors. I could hear the people above me stopping around all night long. Hence not much sleep. For the price of $280.00 per night I expected a lot more for my money. Room was worth about $100.00 at the most. When I asked to upgrade to a better room I was denied. I have stayed in bigger rooms for less money in hotels in cities that were 3 times the size of Dubuque. Very disappointing stay.

Overall it was pretty good. Apparently there are no separate tubs like some of the pictures have. The bed wasn’t comfy for us, but feel like that is just a personal preference. The hotel is connected to a casino so the lobby can smell like smoke at times. Some of the features were outdated, making it “look” older.
