Tried to check in, no one was at the front desk, just a note on the door saying to call a number or knock on room 101. Knocked on room 101, no one was there. Phone number was for the front desk, which no one was at. Hotel looked run down and worse for wear, dirty carpets and dirt in the corners. No elevator. After 20 minutes, someone showed up and checked us in. The room itself seemed fine, but when I went to shower there was hair in it. When I complained, housekeeping came up and asked me to point out the hair. She was very old (70s?) so I think her eye sight wasn’t the best. She cleaned the tub again. When I looked, the hair was still there, just smudged to a different part of the wall. We decided not to stay and asked the front desk for a full refund, which they agreed to but said that I had to go through hotels.com to cancel even though I had booked the option to pay at the hotel. I tried to call hotels.com, was on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered. The front desk agent printed a folio for us showing that he wasn’t going to charge the card in file but that he had to mark us as a “no show” which makes no sense to me. Back in the room we were collecting our things, house keeping came to the door and YELLED at us to get out and that the manager doesn’t want us to be there. I have worked in hotels for a few years and have never seen such behavior from hotel staff! The front desk agent apologized for her behavior. Do not stay here.

Very impressive for the price.
The room was really cozy, nothing very exciting from the outside but inside is very nice. Comfortable bed, ajustable A/C and fairly close to everything. Our host was such a lovely one. we don’t remember her name but she was very helping, kind and ressourcefull!

I did not like a single thing . First Expedia charged $18 extra what w Inn gave receipt for. Most horrible was we were not able to unlock the room after we came back after dinner. Our all suitcases including medicines were there. Won’t recommend Expedia and W Inn to anybody. Will never do any business with both, never!

Dirty Rooms, Smoke Smell
Rooms were not cleaned or sanitized. Floor had black dust as it was not even mopped once and there were hairs on bed and furniture. It was evident that room was not cleaned at all and just dressed with linen. Also there was strong Smoke smell in the rooms.

Not the best place to take your family
The pool was very small and empty very out dated tv did not work hotel needs alot of work switched hotels after first night as i think there was something maybe bed bugs had bites behind my ear
