Never Book This Property
Booked this stay with our kids and grandkids specifically because they advertised an indoor pool. When we checked in around 7:30pm the pool was not working. When we got to our room the a/c was not working. And when we asked where we could find ice we were told the ice machines were not working. We told the lady at the front desk that we wouldn't be staying and wanted our money back. She said we would not be charged. Turns out I was charged because I booked through Hotels.com. Have called the property several times to get a refund and each time I've been told that the only person that can do that is VJ and as it turns out VJ is never available. Would never stay at this property again. Also, Hotels.com has been no help in this matter.

Breakfast was Great! The carpeting needs replaced it’s pretty stained everywhere and it was disappointing the pool and hot tub were closed and that was one reason we stayed there the first picture on the ad was a picture of pool and hot tub. It should be a requirement to put on the ad it’s closed

This hotel is awful
This was the worst place we have ever stayed. The floor we were on smelled of stale smoke and pot. We never had any room service the four nights we stayed for Born & Raised music festival. We had to either catch the ladies ‘cleaning’ other rooms or go to the front desk for towels/wash rags. The pool and hot tub were not in working condition. The breakfast was mediocre. Do not stay here!!

Electrical problem in dining area which resulted in poor quality of breakfast items. After we returned from breakfast, our key would not work and we had to return to lobby to have key reprogrammed. The TV remote did not work and the person at desk could not hear us when we tried to call the lobby. There is no bar in bathtub which makes it very unsafe to step in and out of tub for shower. The tub is narrow so it made it difficult to have room to shower. Room was clean and there was a sufficient number of towels.

Disgusting hotel
The hotel was disgusting. There was mold everywhere and the room was filthy. Had to have the beds changed bc they were not clean and then we had roaches. The pool was closed which is why we picked the hotel and the water in it was green along with hanging cords from the ceiling. The breakfast was a joke and the beds were uncomfortable.
