Can’t wait to do it again
Everything was fabulous even location. But the rooms run hot even with heat turned off. Hard to sleep so recommend a little fresh air from the window if you don’t like it too hot

Great service, spacious room, excellent dining
We had a very pleasant stay here! Staff was extra friendly and accommodating. We had requested a cot as there were three of us sharing a room, and though they couldn’t guarantee it, they were able to make it work and we arrived to find the roll-away bed already set up in the room. We enjoyed the peacefulness of being a little outside the main drag, but still definitely walkable to town. Pool and hottub were open! They allowed one reservation per room per day, and we had the whole pool to ourselves for that time. The in-hotel restaurant is quite good too, and we enjoyed cocktails and dinner service one night. Room service for breakfast was quick and arrived hot. On-site parking was easy and convenient, and free. Only request is that they fix their vending machine to allow credit card purchases! And the stairs are a bit hard to find lol. But we had a great stay and will be back! Thanks!!

Short family break.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with a quick check in. Parking was accessible and hotel was beautiful. We were delighted that the pool was open with some Covid maximum use guidelines in place that meant it could be enjoyed safely. We had a slight issue with the bathroom toilet in our room and called front desk. They answered immediately and Housekeeping were there within two minutes to assess the issue. Instead of having to wait till the issue was sorted, we were swiftly upgraded to a loft suite with apologies from a courteous and helpful staff member. The view from the room was stunning and we appreciated that the hotel place a high value on costumer care by going above and beyond. The hotel is on the Main Street of Banff and everything is easy accessible on foot. Would stay again at this hotel although now that we have experienced the loft suite, we would likely book for that type of room as it was beautiful. All around a great stay in a lovely hotel with staff that know the value of good customer service.

Great stay at the Rundlestone.
First time staying at this property in Banff. Hotel room was nicely allocated and family felt it was a great choice (king room with loft queen and kitchenette). All members stated they would return. Service from housekeeping and front desk was excellent and prompt. Only three minor concerns. 1) We did use the pool (had it to ourselves) and found it very cold. Everyone stayed near a heat outflow in the pool and we were out in 20-30 mins. 2) When we were cleaning up our room before leaving we found a pair of socks under a bed and a used facial tissue under the chair cushion in the main area. Thought they were ours until we realized they weren’t. Not a deal breaker, but during covid times more attention to housekeeping between guests is appreciated. 3) This is very minor - we are a taller family - male is 6’3” and we found the toilets in both bathrooms to be extremely short from the floor and dated (1980’s) - think legs stretched out to use them or knees around your chest. Time for an upgrade Rundlestone - we actually took pictures as we had a laugh! Photo is perspective - seat is well below the knees on the pants. Lol. Overall we would highly recommend and will be returning ourselves.
