Nice

Nice hotel with amenities. The kids loved the pools, there are two for everyone and one pool for adults. We never made it to the indoor pool. There’s a lot of fun activities planned daily throughout the day. Good location too. The rooms are spacious and great for families. I booked a 4 bedroom which consists of two apartments, one upstairs and the other downstairs. We had two kitchens/decks/washer & dryers. Plus, the master had another family sitting area that opens to the downstairs deck. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook meals. It was great! My only complaint is I waited 15-20 minutes to check in. There was only one person before me…after, he was waited on the clerk just walked away from the counter without saying anything…..she was the only clerk at the time. After wondering what happened and waiting…another clerk appeared and waited on me. Also, there were some minor maintenance issues and I was unable to get anyone at the front desk….I had to drive back to the check in area for help. However, I would stay there again and just hope that the minor issues are corrected.
