Quality Inn & Suites

The room was far from clean and with Covid running around that certainly didn't induce warm fuzzies. I actually went back to the car to grab disinfectant spray I had. A few black hairs where in the bath tub (I'm a redhead). Numerous dead bugs in the corners and the windowsill's and not the outside windowsill but on the inside part. The pool has so much peeling paint that it's pooled up in the corners. The only reason I didn't just leave was due to my traveling circumstances or I most certainly would have gone elsewhere. I really advise taking a look at the room before you choose to stay. Plus side, the staff was very friendly.

The rooms are starting to show some wear but they were clean and comfortable. No staff were available for check-out. Called the number as instructed and it went to voicemail so we just had to leave our key and hope the bill is accurate. Good thing I didn't need a copy of the bill :).

The room was dirty, dusty, and smelled like mold. The bedding smelled like it hadn’t been washed in months. Uncomfortable bed.

Great price. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Could use a little updating—bathroom floor tiles were cracked/loose. Very good overnight stay.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it has obviously changed hands recently. It was quite overwhelming to have 3 people hovering while trying to check in. It just felt strange. The plumbing needs some work. We had a hard time getting the toilet to flush and the shower to turn on. We will give it another try, as it is a convenient place for us.

My stay was excellent. The room was big and very comfortable. Staff was great. Very convenient location right off the Interstate.

Room was ok but very noisy. I did choose hotel near interstate. It was not front desk person’s fault & I apologize to her for my friend’s upset! We did not use pool or fitness room but both were available. Breakfast ok & I liked having trays to take it to our room

Everything was great except our jetted tub had a few hairs in it.

This place is horrible! Do not stay here!! I picked this hotel because it had good ratings online. I don’t think these reviewers were staying at the same hotel as me. I do have to say the staff was very friendly. We had a room with a pullout couch. We were given a plastic bag with bedding to make bed ourselves. When we opened pullout couch it still had dirty, stained bedding with a chunk of metal on it. The doors to both the hallway and bathroom don’t shut well so you need to slam them. And it sounded like there was a herd of elephants above us. Don’t do it!
