Great location in Mexico. Convenient stay if you are a tourist not living in the hotel. Great price for the location. Good service from the staff. Definitely will come back

Need maintenance!
The hotel is not in good conditions. The shower did not work. The beds are very uncomfortable, the room needs maintenance and cleaning. The bathroom was dirty.

Business and vacation trip
Internet connection was down, and hotel personnel did not advise me at time of check in. I had to email some work during my stay, and sometimes WiFi was working and sometimes it wasn’t. Also, I had called the hotel a week before my trip to verify that my reservation was correct, and that I was given two double beds since 3 adults were staying in the room, which the lady I spoke to on the phone assured me I had, but when I got to the hotel, they wanted to give me a room with 2 twin beds. I complained, and I told them I would call to complain, and they immediately switched my room to one with two double beds. I was tempted to cancel my reservation on the spot, but I decided to stay because the hotel is very well located. Pros about the hotel are personnel is very friendly, with the exception of the reservation mixed up, and is very well located and safe for the price. Also it is really clean. Cons are the internet was down most of the time when I was there, and you can hear everything that is going on in the adjacent rooms. Walls are very thin at least in the area where I was staying. If the noise of other guests does not bother you when they are watching TV or talking very early in the morning or very late at night and you don’t need to rely on WiFi, then the hotel is ok.

Good location but quite rundown facility
The hotel is located just 2 blocks from the US embassy and 4 blocks from the Independent Angel monument. There are several good restaurants in the area. It's quite safe to walk around the neighborhood at night. Hot water run well during my stay. However, the interior needs a major update. The central air was running but there's no cool air. I reported the issue and was offered a floor fan. The bed was big but hard and uncomfortable. My room was on the 6th floor and I felt the bed lightly shaking several times at night. I wasn't sure if it was due to earthquakes. The staff was OK but didn't speak much English. The wifi was very slow in the room and in the lobby.
