The resort is outdated, there are no elevators, the activities offered are similar to activities at an adult daycare facility, the front desk staff addresses you as “Momma”, the outdoor staff and housekeeping staff look at you but don’t speak or greet you. At first glance the room appeared to be clean but there was an odor that was taken care of by wiping down the sofa. There was a large amount of freshly cut hair in the bathroom vanity drawer that we had to have the facility come and clean. The walls and ceilings are thin as you can hear children playing and crying and objects being moved across the floor through the day.

Many pool options, 4 total, three were heated, on-site putt-putt which kids love. The Christmas decorations everywhere were Awesome. The Staff (Juan) at the front desk are super helpful, ensured we were having a good time and help us with Sea World tickets at a very reasonable cost.
