Great staff makes a great stay
I just have to rave about this place! From the start when I walked in to check in, super friendly front desk staff. Lots of laughs and smiles, the lobby was extremely clean and check in was smooth. When we got to our room it smelt clean and was tidy, quiet stay with ZERO issues. Breakfast was perfect, we had an amazing stay and will always come back here.

Good place to stay for a trip in Lakewood.
Very friendly staff, very clean place, I felt safe even though the neighborhood is a bit sketch, I felt safe. Gym was missing some weights but 7 cardio machines where well maintained. Pool and spa where well maintained also. The working table was ok, daily room service.

My husband and I were on the first floor and had an amazing room (handicapped) even though we did not require that type of room. I believe it was an upgrade for us. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The regular check out time is noon which is also nice if you needed to sleep in a little longer. We heard no noise from the highway even though they provided ear plugs. the room was spotless. The only thing that would have been nice is that they offered coffee throughout the day but it gets removed at 10:30 am.
