The devil is in the detail.
The Hotel room was good (not quite the sea view advertised and this was a disappointment). The details in the room let it down slightly, dust but not on the main surfaces and the plug did not work properly in the sink. That aside, it was a very well equipped and comfortable room and I would stay at the Ritz-Carlton again if I am back this way.

First, ehh didn’t your staff (3 different people in 2 different locations) know that I could get an alcoholic drink at the bar in the French restaurant? Second, why don’t you provide an electric wall converter for use of the hair dryer that you provide in the room?

The rooms are very nicely appointed as one would expect. It's a bit far from the airport (another 10-15 minutes past the city center), which makes it a bet less ideal for the long-layover night. But that was more than overcome for us by the beautiful property, the great hospitality, and the special welcome on the first night of our honeymoon. Would certainly recommend.
