Room very clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. We only had breakfast one morning but was plentiful and eggs cooked to order. Only a 15 min flat walk from the main train Station and five minutes to old town. Cafe Nero directly opposite. Staff helpful and had a 1400 check out which was useful due to a more flight home. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was very clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a huge choice at breakfast from healthy options to a full cooked breakfast. It was in a very convenient for everything, it was a very short walk to the main square and only two stops on the tram to the Jewish Quarter.

The hotel is convenient to walk to main Square, literally a 5 minutę straight walk! Superb! Hotel is highly recommended, i will always stay there when in Kraków. Staff are superb, extremely helpful As if they can’t do enough! Rooms always clean to an extremely high standard! A large variety of choice for breakfast and food menu for any time of the day with room service at an extra chargé. With regard to trips, the hotel do organise trips or can give advice on transport.
