Staff being friendly was the only plus about this stay. We had been on the road for 10 hours & when we got to Days Hotel in Flagstaff we were exhausted. When we walked in the room seemed clean but as we looked around more we noticed hair on towels, in sink and on bathroom floor. The shower had hair as well. We had to move some furniture around to accommodate my kids & I & when we moved the furniture there was tons of crumbs under that furniture. Then around 5-6am we were woke up by loud pounding, people talking/laughing loudly in the hallways. We won’t be staying here again.

We had a great room that was big and comfortable. The accommodations were very nice and the proximity to downtown and NAU is great. We will be back.

The attached restaurant was really good! Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but it’s nice that they had a indoor pool & hot tub. When we pulled up I was worried but the inside was nicer then I expected by the look of the outside .

This was a pretty great hotel, but we stayed on the second floor n it was loud from people above us! Otherwise a great place to stay to go skiing n missed most of the traffic through town!

Room was comfortable, hotel is in a great location, spent two nights there with my family, the only bad thing is that no one cleaned our room or pick up the trash, other than that great place to stay.

My stay was amazing the front desk ladies were very polite and welcoming, the hotel was clean and tidy , our room had a nice view of the mountains , the location was perfect and convenient , I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a nice decent stay .
