If you like customer service, this is the place to go! My wife and I are early risers, so we asked if the gym and pool could be opened early. The staff was more than accommodating. The front desk personnel would even go up to the floor and open it themselves! We also asked if we can get breakfast early and they brought out some coffee and croissants even though the restaurant was still closed. Most of our encounters were with Fabian and Francesca, who were fabulous!
