Not what it appears to be.
Small rooms, good shower a little antiquated. Most staff pleasant. Cleaning staff lovely. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast a good selection. Have to pay for coffee and tea made available in the room not what we expected. It does say tea and coffee available. Had to pay the full hotel stay at check in; maybe the way they do it in Vienna, not something I have experienced anywhere else! Nothing complimentary and some what over priced. The photos on the web look amazing- should have known wide angle camera. Very easy access to transport and very easy to follow the routes. Overall a beautiful city but the room was small for two people and over priced.

Travelled with baby!
Staff were great and super accommodating to our needs as a young family. We had extra blankets to set up a playmat on the floor for the baby and the room was very spacious. Will definitely book again for future trips.

Very nice
Very clean, nice place. Overall liked it a lot. Well situated in a quiet neighborhood away from all the hustle and bustle but a short walk to the city center and close to some really good restaurants. Was woken up very early each morning by loud noises. Not sure where they were coming from but the room was on the first floor so I think it was probably from the hotel staff below. Wifi was slow. The soap and lotion dispensers also hadn't been filled.

It was a good stay in a good location for the main station. The constant ping of the elevator as the doors opened close to my room was a bit irritating. If there was a way to turn it off it would be good. Next time I would ask to be further away.
