During check in, they let someone cut in the queue (likely because they spoke Romanian). Very slow as well. There was no soap or shampoo in my room. Desk did not answer phone. Took multiple calls and waiting till desk picked up. Then they asked if I could pick them up at the desk. Only had shower gel available, no soap or shampoo.

Bon séjour avant de prendre le train
Hôtel confortable et bien situé à proximité de la gare du Nord, pratique lorsqu'on arrive ou repart avec le train. Chambre très propre, couloirs silencieux. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Attention au bruit provenant de la terrasse du bar/restaurant, mais étant au 6ème étage je n'ai pas été dérangé.
