Pleasant stay
This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is very centrally located with easy access to the metro and Zuid train station. The staffs are friendly. The bar has a good range of drinks and a pleasant atmosphere.

Happy convenience to Gare to Midi for visit
Most pleasantly surprised. Had not been to Brussels in 30+ years and found memories thought forgotten. Convenient to Gare du Midi and a nice walk to center.

Nice hotel in a not so nice area
THIS REVIEW IS COMING FROM AN AMERICAN WHO SOLELY USED THIS WEBSITE AND THE REVIEWS OF OTHERS TO BOOK HOTELS FOR A FAMILY TRIP TO EUROPE: This is a very nice hotel in a not so nice area. It is clean, modern, has very friendly staff, great food and drinks, and has very nice rooms. But the area surrounding the hotel is industrial, dirty, and unsafe. Outside the hotel is a hang out for smokers, homeless, and pimps (sad reality for that area). The only thing that made me feel safe were the police force standing outside the large train station across the street from the hotel. The hotel inside was safe. It is just the walk from the train station to the hotel that was the problem.
