Disappointed. Will not return.

My husband, 2 small children and I were in for a quick trip to see family. I expected more of a hotel being marketed for the Notre Dame area. All staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly, so thank you for that. I interacted with Phoebe the most, and she was great. Thank you Phoebe! The room, however, was horrible. The tiles in the bathroom were not only cracked, but they were all loose. They moved as you walked across the bathroom and made a crunching noise (not one tile, MOST of the tiles). The toilet seat lid was completely disconnected with the seat bolts just laying there on top of the seat. ?? Both the king bed and the pull out sofa dip in the middle so when you lay on the beds you roll right into the middle. The carpeting was stained and looked rarely vacuumed. We brought the issues to the front desk's attention right away and were promptly offered to switch rooms, but the issues themselves were terribly disappointing. We will not stay here again.
