Stay was ok
There was a lot of construction going on which was ok my issue is when I was checking in so I decided to pay cash I had the exact amount did see anything on Hotels.com saying credit card only. So first I was told I couldn’t pay cash it’s credit only and they need to charge my card for the security deposit for if there was damages I said ok where is atm so I can deposit this money back on my card then all of sudden they can accept the cash and just charge my card 150 for security deposit. Why give me the a round when you end up doing it .Beside this the room was nice . I wouldn’t mind staying here when there done with there construction

Awful experience with Marriott Hotel in San Fransi
It was very cold, extremely noisy, couldn’t sleep, swimming pool and whirlpool were in poor condition. We will never recommend this location.!!! And to top it off, the overcharged us for things we didn’t use und now we have to fight for our credit. What a NIGHTMARE!!!

Hotel remodel in progress made valet parking ridiculous. My Hotels.com booking included FREE valet parking... at checkout I had to nearly argue with management whom told me NO your booking did not include free valet parking. I smiled at his rudeness .... I showed on my phone the Hotels.com FREE valet parking included in my booking. He did not apologize which was poor customer service. Hopefully his manners will improve He seemed beyond exasperated having to go through a reprint of receipt minus the $70 valet parking fee. My room was honestly wonderful, nicely remodeled. Bed was very comfortable ,smelled clean & fresh and bathroom clean also
