Unpleasant getaway
I had read the reviews and thought it can't be true.The check in was good and fast. When I walked the hallway it was dirty and dingy. The room was not what I expected from a resort. The carpet was so dirty. Stains all over. The furniture was old and out dated. Fridge was not working and found a drink from previos guest. I dont know why they would charge a resort fee? No cable TV, pool closed and the WiFi does not work. I was going to mention it to front desk at check out but when went to the desk I was told by a casino porter that there was noone there. Just had to drop off the keys. $150 plus resort fee charge and had to leave with out speaking to anyone. I work as a guest service agent and I could not believe ownership would not have someone attending the desk.

Upon arrival we had to wait a 2 hour check in at a different hotel, then go back to our hotel to wait another hour just to get a key to our room. Walking into the hallway there were dirty sheets and towels on the floor next to the doors. As we walk into “Premium” room it looked like it hadn’t been clean, there were dirty sheets on the floor from previous guest, the beds weren’t made. They left clean sheets on the dresser for us to put on.
