Just terrible. I reserved this booking a long time ago for a special event( even requesting an early check in on the day which was confirmed but due to traffic I got there well after the check in time and the room wasn’t cleaned at all with dirty sheets, cigarette buds and a dirty room and shower. I was shown another room which was just as bad so I waited another 40 minutes before I got my payment back and I booked into the Novotel instead. The management was more worried about refunding me then apologising or compensating for my time and delaying my attendance to a special event. Just terrible !

I travelled to Sydney to attend an appointment for my 2yo at Westmead Childrens Hospital. This motel requires a $200 deposit plus the room fee. It has now been 7 days and I still haven’t received the deposit back. I was left out of pocket and had to borrow money in order to purchase my child’s medication.
