Fantastic Hotel
So close to train station and Flixbus stop. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plenty of food outlets close. Breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety available. Best accommodation we have stayed at during our 6 week trip. Venice is only 2 train stops away.

During the check-in, I was not recognized as vip or anything. I was greeted as usual, which was okay for me. But after I completed the first survey, the staff at the counter told me that I could have asked for the wine if I want it (as a vip guest), also he told me that my answer would make the hotel looked bad for other guests, which I was very offended and disappointed for my honestly answer the survey. Certainly I will not go back to this hotel.

This property is a bad area! They did not have laundry facility in the hotel so we had to find a laundry mat. We hired a taxi driver to take to a laundry mat and he dropped us off and left us...not at a laundry mat. We walked and found a place to do our laundry. While sitting there waiting on our laundry a druggie walked in and started unloading his pockets onto the table. Next thing we know he goes outside and shoots up drugs!!! Then a drug dealer came and sold him more drugs! Right in front of us...we saw the whole thing happen right in front of us!!! It was quiet unsettling! This is not a good area to stay in.
