    The resort is beautiful, perfect for families with children that still want some style. Lots of food and drink options. Beautiful white powdery beach, great for swimming with kids. Rooms are very nice and feel brand new. Large balconies. Nice kids club. Downsides: at checkin we got a room that still had people in it. There were never enough pool towels and pool sunbeds, several times we weren’t able to lie by the pool which was disappointing. It could take ages to get a table in a restaurant or to get a drink a the bar. There was a power cut twice. The WiFi keeps dropping out.

    Our trip was great! The food was delicious and there were lots of choices. We stayed for a week and we were able to eat something different each night. The property and rooms were all very clean. The beach was also very clean and provided plenty of room for everyone. The staff was so friendly in every part of the resort. We especially appreciated the pool bartender, Edwin, who was super nice and helpful from the second we met him. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone!

    Food: Better than our other all-inclusive experiences, especially at the buffet. Service at the sit down restaurants was incredibly slow. Bars: so-so. Wine was terrible (they only have a house brand). Not that many mixed drink choices either. Pina coladas were good, but skimpy on the alcohol . Pool area: Pool is beautiful and was not crowded. Ample pool-side seating, but could use twice as many chair umbrellas. The swim up bar was never open on the family side. No poolside bathroom or any place to rinse your feet before going to your room. When my daughter went to use the lobby bathroom (which was closer than our room), she was turned away because she didn’t have clothes on over her swim suit. Beach: beautiful. Get there before 7:00 if you want chairs in the shade as there are only a few shade cabanas on the family side that are not reserved for “premium” customers. No beach side bathroom or place to rinse the sand off your feet before you head back to your room. The sea is calm, sandy, warm and incredible. Rooms: Adequate, but not luxurious. The A/C is nice and the beds/bedding was above average. Lobby/Service: We traveled with friends and arrived late. Despite pre-requesting that our rooms be in the same building, they did not accommodate this manor make any effort to attempt to move us closer together. The service was sub-par for a luxury all-inclusive resort. They spend very little time on service and most of their time “policing” the rules about whether or n
