Not great
Disappointed with the 5 stars status. It a business hotel rather than couple. The breakfast was not good. I won’t be stay there again unless is for business.

Poor 2.0
No welcome on arrival. Cold and impersonal. Room was dark and dowdy. Products were not replaced on second night there. No turn down service. Bed so badly made up that I made it up my self. No help from management when I complained... only lip service. No warmth or hospitality felt in that hotel. Service in bar poor and they got easily confused over the order. Room noisy and depressing. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friends

What can I say about this hotel - a beautiful example of Georgian architecture, beautifully maintained and propetlu accessible run by the friendliest most helpful staff. I look forward to going back. Whats not to love?

They just dont build them like this any more
Beautiful hotel.firstly - couple of hundred years old but completely up-to-date even with accessible rooms. Definitely the most obliging.staff - have to mention Darragh, Joanna and Kenneth - which really.makes a difference. They have made some changes.in the dining staff and there has been abig improvement in the quality of food since. All in all, I cant wait to go back.

Very Good 8.0
The room types on hotels.com don't match what Westin provide. We booked a Deluxe suite, but received a Library suite. Not a bad place, but also not what we booked.

Hotel was awesome. Great location. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was a tad small but we weren't in the room too much.
