Request help from hotels.com
I forgot to bring my two Apple power adapters with cords when I checked out from room 1248 on April 17 early morning around 07:30AM. I reached out to the hotel by email. There was no response. I asked my friend who happens to be in HK to help. He spoke to the hotel staff who claimed that they were not able to find them. The hotel housekeeping should have discovered them when they clean up the room for the next guest. Can hotels.com influence the hotel and help me with this case?
