Love the location
This is a great location, it’s close to a lot of things. It’s a good location if you are seeing someone at fort Carson! It could definitely be cleaner. At least our room, there was a large bloody dried booger on the bathroom door frame and the bathroom door was filthy. The comforter looked like maybe it hadn’t been changed or was stained in two places looking wet. We would stay again based on location.

Room service was very disappointing. Most of the items listed on the menu were not available. We ended up paying over $100 for frozen quality pizza and a bottle of wine. Our room wasn’t very clean there was a stain on the comforter and crumbs on the floor.

I'm sure under non COVID19 conditions this is a fantastic place to stay. However, all restaurants were closed and we had to order from their general store. Very minimal menu, we ordered piizza and it was 2 hours before we got them. The bed was far from comfortable, I could barely stand up when I gotvup.

This hotel is not practicing covid cleaning procedures. Our bed was dirty and had been slept in and not turned...the fridge was dirty, the doors and tables were also dirty and the hotel only offers terrible room service.

The staff was friendly and the view is amazing. I’m not sure if it’s due to COVID but the room service menu is very limited, which would be fine, except my food arrived cooled and the bread was somewhat stale. I tried again for breakfast and was disappointed as well. For the price they charge for room service you’d think they’d figure out a way to keep it warm! Also, when calling room service and the front desk I had to try multiple times just to reach someone. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Killer View and Great Staff
The overall stay was great! The staff was friendly, the property has wonderful views, great food within and really a great place for the family. However, it was not advertised that the hot tubs would be closed and this is the reason why we came (birthday getaway). Also, there is some loud fan in the room and it made it really hard to sleep at night. I like dark and quiet and that fan never turned off. That’s the only drawback I have from booking here again. Other than that, this is a great resort just miles from great family activities in Colorado Springs.
